Your coordinator will make sure that you are on schedule with every aspect of your wedding. We will take care of scheduling and setting appointments for you, attend vendor meetings as needed, and provide your vendors with the necessary information to help make your wedding day wishes come true.

Unlimited Expectations
When unlimited coordination and the highest of expectations are desired, the Unlimited Expectations Service is your best choice. This service is for the executive bride and out of town couple. We will work as the liaison between you and your selected vendors. Every detail is attended to by your coordinator. We'll work for you as if it were our own wedding throughout the entire process. Every aspect is planned: from the engagement party to honeymoon planning the Unlimited Expectations package takes care of it all!

Ala Carte
For the couple who needs help at any stage of planning and organizing. Your consultant will provide vendor referrals, venue recommendations, basic contract review, budget analysis, etiquette advice, design and decor recommendations, logistical analysis, schedules, and time lines.

If you need help getting started or just need to be pointed in the right direction, our consultations are beneficial in helping you sort out all of the details of planning your wedding the right way.

Day of Coordination
For the couple who have planned the entire wedding and are ready to hand off the final details to a professional. Your Wedding Day Coordinator will pick up where you left off and tie up all loose ends with your hired vendors. Your day of coordinator will make sure it all comes together.

Your day of coordinator will meet with you approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to become familiar with your plans and contracts. We'll also direct your ceremony rehearsal.
