The owner, Sarah, has developed many of her own recipes to suit a wide variety of tastes and styles for every occasion. Her cakes are only made from the finest ingredients, many of which are organic, fair trade and sourced locally.

Thanks to Sarah's recipes and skills all cakes are made to be gluten free with no compromise on taste or texture. Other special diets can be catered for too (allowing you to offer only the best quality cakes to all your guests).

Especially Delicious is a small cake-making business run by Sarah Roe. Sarah has always loved baking and when she was diagnosed with a gluten allergy it inspired her to set up a business that made delicious gluten and wheat-free cakes.

Sarah has always had a natural artistic flair and has a HND in Graphic Design.

When it became obvious that people loved Sarah's cakes she set up a cafe in Dorset specialising in catering for special diets. Now she lives in South West London and makes gorgeous celebration cakes.

All her cakes are gluten and wheat-free, although many of her customers are on regular diets.
However, they choose to buy from Sarah because they want a cake thats a bit different and tastes wonderful.
