Heavy Shtetl - Miami Latin Music

If you want to set the mood for your event with jazz, then we have the artists for you! These groups can play straight jazz or mix it up with standards and show tunes - done with a jazzy touch. Consider solo jazz piano or guitar or a great duo with sax and guitar or keyboard. A great jazz trio could be percussion, bass, and guitar or for quieter events we suggest woodwind, bass, and guitar or keyboard. The trio can also branch out into Brazilian and Latin dance tunes, nuevo flamenco, blues, bebop, and more.

For audiences who like great music for listening, for dancing, or for setting a smoky tropical atmosphere, add a vocalist and you have a swinging quartet!

Our Jazz Band is Typically an *-piece group (it can be expanded into a Big Band), this flexible and spontaneous band specializes in jazz music from the ‘**s through the ‘**s. This band has performed concerts at many public events and is also available for large affairs.

For dances, the Simon Salz Productions Band performs more commercial, well-known music by Benny Goodman, Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, and a vocalist or two is added.

The band can be expanded to cover additional styles (latin, pop, etc.) - suggested especially for weddings where you typically find a wide age range and ethnic diversity. (This band can be customized to please everybody!)
