Hair Extension Specialist and Color Technician
www.myspace.com/michellesextensions There is various methods utilized to achieve extended hair styles. Its in your best interest to consult with a stylist to determine which method is the healthiest for your hair, meets your individual style and budget needs. Heres a couple of the basic techniques: 1. WEAVING- Is accomplished by creating small cornrows or "tracks" on the clients scalp and then sewing the human hair onto the cornrows. This method has been around for many years. 2. BRAIDING- Is accomplished by adding human hair or synthetic while braiding the client's own hair. There are various ways of applying extensions using the braiding method. 3. STRAND BY STRAND- Is accomplished by adding human hair to the client's own hair using a protein-based adhesive. With the aid of a bonding tool, the adhesive is warmed and the human hair is gently attached to approximately 1/4" sections of the client's hair. 4. BONDING- this method is the least time consuming, as well as the simplest. An adhesive is applied to the the weft of the extension hair and placed directly onto the scalp, at the root of the client's own hair. My methods are using glue and fusion. Both are using the strand-by-strand method. I Only use 100% Remy Italian Hair. I Demand the highest quality available ensures that my clients receive the best hair that is manageable and tangle-free. They sort the hair keeping the cuticle uni-directional and intact. Making the hair reusable and eliminating the cost of buying new hair everytime. Clients also receive hair that behaves like their own hair, when applied by a qualified extension specialist. **MOST IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT EXTENSIONS- Extensions need to be take out and moved up, every 2-3 months. This is necessary to keep hair growing without any damage. It applys to all type of exts..Great Lengths, So.Cap, D'Vine Lengths, Snuggies, Shrinkies, Minilinks, Eurolocs, Fusion, ect... The sheeded hair is stuck in attachment of exts. This forms a little dread. If left in longer then 3 months its harder to remove the dread from clients hair, without causing damage. BUT..when done with the proper maintence, every 2-3 months. There is NO-DAMAGE to clients hair. For More Information Please Visit The Link Below
