We opened our first restaurant in Tinley Park, IL in December 1999. In January 2001 we opened another one in Orland Park, IL. Both won rave reviews. We were voted "Best Pork Chop" in a local paper. We are sure you will love our food as well.

In 2005 we relocated to the warmer climate of Cottonwood, AZ and setup our restaurant here. We never scrimp on our cuts of meat. We buy our fresh-baked bread daily. We never, ever save our cooked meat overnight and try to pass it for fresh the next day. Quality and quantity—we promise you will never leave hungry! And please, do call us by name. All our food is made to order to guarantee freshness and taste. If you are in a hurry, please call ahead and place your order so we can have it ready for you. We are also available for catering your event and can do an onsite barbecue at your location—great for that special event, festival, or party!
