Maryellen Bruce has over 20 years of event planning experience. She will work with you as much or as little as you choose. Lance Foss is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with 30 years of culinary experience. Maryellen and Lance were The Lemon Tree Caterers for years. They have now formed Express Events. Between the two of us you get two people who are calm, cool, collected, and talented.
