We all have bad days but it is not the place of any employee to take their bad day out on the patron who is paying for a good meal as well as an enjoyable experience. Born and raised in the great city of Indianapolis, Indiana Natasha grew up in home filled with love intermingled with great food. She gained a great desire to create loving meals will watching an assisting her mother prepare meals for the family. She often would sit and ask many question as to how certain meal were prepared, however she learned very quickly that some meals are not always on a recipe but it was made in love.

So now when she prepares meals she always adds a lot of love to it. Natasha sharpened her craft by attending the Chef's Academy in Indianapolis were she will receive her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts in April 2008.
