A Jeannetti's Catering - For Your Special Event - Miami Catering

After graduating culinary school in New York, ** years ago, I was very fortunate to work with some of the top chefs at the Waldorf Astoria, AROC, Danielle's in New York, Pacific East in the Hamptons and The Biltmore Hotel, Pearl Champagne Lounge (above Nikki Beach), Nemo and Pacific Time in Miami.

In ****, I thought I'd move on and present to you catering on an upscale level along with Special Event Catering, Production Catering, Personal Chef Services and in-house cooking classes and demonstrations.

Furthermore, in the last two years I've traveled throughout China (Beijing, Shanghai, Xian and Hong Kong), Vietnam (Hanoi and Saigon) and Bankgok, Thailand in search of authentic Asian recipes. I learned from master chefs their "secret" techniques and found a way to adapt them all to one specific style which I like to call "Asianese".
