WHO WE ARE

All members of our family business have extensive experience within the hospitality industry and would be happy to assist you with everything from developing the perfect menu for your event, to organizing rentals for your celebration, to selecting flowers and choosing specialty linens to achieve a creative décor. Our event staff will execute your affair with timeliness, attentive and cordial service, seasoned with the highest level of professionalism.

OUR STAFF

Complete Campbell Catering was founded in 2004 by Chef James Campbell who owned and operated Campbell’s Boat House for over 30 years in Media, PA. His desire for high quality food preparations increased and he sold his share of the business to his niece and nephew. His son, following in his fathers footsteps, followed his passion for food by training to be a Chef. He attended the Culinary School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia and competed in many ACF culinary competitions and traveled abroad to increase his talents. Chef Maria Campbell married to Scott Campbell, completes the team with her Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management from Delhi College of Technology in New York.

FRESH FISH STATION

    Pan Seared Seasonal Fish made to order with Citrus Butter Sauce

PEKING DUCK WRAP STATION

    Slowly roasted Duck glazed in a delicate sauce and filled personally rolled into a Crepe Accompanied with Duck Sauce

RAW BAR STATION

    Little neck clams, Chilled Oysters, Stone Crab Claws shucked to order and Jumbo Shrimp served over crushed ice in a lit display with seaweed decoration. Accompanied with Cocktail Sauce, Mignonette Sauce, Hot Sauce and Lemon Wedges

FAJITA STATION

    Thin strips of beef or chicken are sautéed with peppers and onions and are served in corn tortillas to guests accompanied with favorites of fresh made salsas, hot sauce and fresh limes.

STIR FRY STATION

    Healthy foods using raw and blanched vegetables and several marinated meats and sauces are cooked to order in a fiery wok by a trained chef. Accompanied with stir fried rice or noodles.

CARVING STATIONS

    One or more meats are carved to order as guests approach the station. Beef tenderloin, turkey breast, loin of Pork, Rack of Lamb to name a few of the popular favorites. This station is accompanied with matching sauces/condiments.
