PROPRIETOR/CHEF:
Chef Gary Arabia has catered and produced some of Hollywood’s most glamorous events including the SAG Awards, BMG’s post Grammy Awards party, the MTV Music Awards, the Billboard Awards, as well as private parties hosted by Shaquille O’Neal, Adrien Brody, Larry David and Kanye West.

CATERING/CUISINE:
Global Cuisine Catering offers an eclectic array of tastes, textures and delights from around the world. Chef Gary Arabia honed his skills for off-site production and catering during his 27 years working with several legendary chefs. He developed a flair for exotic flavors and cuisine, which was then perfected at Global Cuisine By Gary Arabia. Global Cuisine menu selections include: Country Italian to Cajun, Greek, Mediterranean, Southwest American, Pacific Rim, Southern Barbecue, Americana and a Summer Picnic-themed menu, all of which are available at the restaurant or for private events.

EVENT PRODUCTION:
With a keen eye for design and a flair for setting the perfect mood for any celebration Gary Arabia has produced and catered intimate and private parties of 10 to extravagant Hollywood affairs of 3,000, having served up to 14,000. Gary’s talent for capturing the feeling and moment of the evening ensures that every Global Cuisine event is a memorable one.

EVENTS AT THE LOT:
Global Cuisine @ The Lot is a spacious and elegant. Designed by Eric Rosen, it can accommodate private and large-scale events. The restaurant seats up to 150 people and also opens up to host an event of up to 2,000 guests. The open display kitchen allows guests to enjoy the style and approach of Chef Gary Arabia’s catering and event production prowess.
