Chefs2Go is the premier Personal Chef Service in MD, DC and VA. Personal Chef means that we are able to service everything from "a couple to a couple hundred" as long as the venue allows outside culinary services. A part of Chef Myles' vision has always been to incorporate International Cuisines or as he likes to say "flavors of the world." He says, "I want to be able to take my clients around the world using food as the means of transportation." The possibilities with international and regional influences are endless. Chef also prides himself on being able to accommodate clients that are vegan as well as vegetarian.
Each menu is customized to the client's specifications during a free in-person consultation. Chef embraces the concept "flavors of the world" and really enjoys creating Culinary Delights which are never boring (such as the typical one meat, one starch, and one vegetable). You are transported to the Southwest, Asia, Italy or to the Caribbean and all Culinary Delights are prepared from scratch. All soups, sauces, and salad dressings are prepared fresh by no else but - you guessed it - Chef Myles.

Appetizers: Tomato Bruschetta: Vine ripened Roma tomatoes marinated in Balsamic Vinaigrette infused with roasted garlic and Chiffonade of fresh basil
Mini Asian Spring Rolls: Served with a Thai Dipping Sauce Smoked Salmon Canapes: smoked salmon mousse piped onto toast points
Caribbean Chicken Skewers: Coconut chicken skewers with a pineapple and curry dipping sauce
Savory Chesapeake Bay Crab Dip: with crusty bread and assorted crackers
Seared Rare Tuna: on fried wonton skins with wasabi
Jerk Chicken Skewers: with a St. Lucia dipping Sauce
Asian Pot stickers: with Szechuan glaze
Seafood and/or Veggie Quesadillas: served with a South western Salsa
Lousianna Sausage (Turkey) Bouchees: with a Creole Mustard Sauce
St. Croix Chicken and Pineapple: served on Plantain Chips

Classic Caesar Salad: Fresh chopped romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons
Montego Bay Salad: Mesclun greens tossed with a citrus vinaigrette, pecans, pineapple, mango and Asiago cheese
Entrees:
Santa Fe Fajitas: Smoked Chicken with grilled peppers and onions in a mini flour tortilla shell and seasoned with secret spices used by the Ancient Mayans. Southwestern Salsa as condiment

Penne DaParma: Penne cut pasta, sundried tomato Pesto, spinach , caramelized onions, wild mushrooms and smoked mozzarella
