Terms of Hire

Our terms of Payment for account customers is strictly within 14 days. We reserve the right to ask for a security deposit, which will be refunded on return of equipment. All equipment will remain the property of Rees Sound Systems until paid for in full.
Proof of identity will be required when collecting equipment e.g. passport, driving licence etc.

All equipment hired remains the property of the company. It is the hirer's responsibility to keep and return the equipment in working order and in the condition it was collected.

INSURANCE of all equipment is THE HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Damaged or missing items will be charged for at replacement cost.

Cables are supplied neatly coiled and taped and must be returned in a similar fashion.

All equipment hired should be installed and operated by a competent person.
WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for damage or injury to persons or property whilst the equipment is on hire.

We maintain a close relationship with Festivals, Theatres, Theatre Groups, Local Authorities, Hotels, Schools, Colleges and Conferences.

You can hire some of the best Audio, Visual and Lighting equipment available. A range of systems to suit all of your needs from the simplest to the most complex.
With or without our engineers, UK or overseas, we have the answer and equipment for all of your problems.Also some of our staff are welsh speaking for a Bilingual service.

Our Sales and Service provide the right equipment at the right price for the longer term. Not simply sell and forget, but sound advice based on years of experience with the service back up to match.

Delivery and collection of equipment is available during and outside office hours. Price depends on distance and amount of equipment required.
