The Dhol Blasters are a team of young vibrant Male/Female Dhol players : - Performing at stage Shows, Festivals, Melas, Processions, Weddings and all sorts of events all over the country and abroad. They performed at the opening’s of the ArtsFest every year since 98 to 07, the Commonwealth games Manchester, Blue Peter celebrations for the Queens Jubilee, Birmingham Bullring shopping centre, Birmingham Flora Light women’s challenge 04/05 also at The London Marathon 04/07, Mega Mela NEC 03/04/05 Plus THE BIGGEST SHOW EVER LIVE 8 with UB40 - 05. These are just a few shows we named - Released more than 9 albums, for some they have received Platinum & Gold discs . Also won many Awards. They take pride in their Ethnic music and culture, which they want to share with the rest of the world.
Are the world’s first Male/Female Dholi dancers formed from the team DHOL BLASTERS . Bhangra Blasters are a group of young energetic dancers just waiting to burst out and show the world their dance routines which are based on the harvest that takes place every year in the Punjab, India.
These youthful dancers within a short period of time has already done many bookings, most of these being a mixture of - Festivals, Charity shows, weddings, parties, and other occasions, but whatever the occasion, this pulsating group of dancers ALWAYS seize to amaze. THE BAND BAJA Punjabi Style : -
Is one of the oldest & the finest Indian, Punjabi style brass band in the UK. The Band Specialising in performing at Weddings, Melas, Carnivals. all around the Country & abroad Band Baja is a team that consists of - one trumpet player one accordion player, three dhol players working together to produce harmonious sounds; however this team can be alternated to meet the needs of the person.
As seen by billions at the LIVE 8 with UB40. Are a team of young vibrant Male/Female Dhol drummers & Bhangra dancers led by the world’s greatest maestro - King Gurcharan Mall based in Birmingham . Their Punjabi costumes are authentic bright and colourful, with the beat of the loud Drums there is no doubt it would make anyone want to get up to dance and Rejoice. They take pride in their ethnic music and culture, which they want to share with the rest of the world. They can play indoors, outdoors in processions, Festivals & weddings. Also we do Dhol and Bhangra workshops from beginners to masters classes. Our Charity Work:- Over the years we has raised Hundreds & Thousands of pounds for different Charities Worldwide : - BBC Children In Need, Gujarat Earthquake, Pakistan Earthquake, Ethiopia and Rwanda Appeals, Oxfam, Ear & Throat hospital, Eye hospital B’ham & Punjab, kidney Dialysis Machine W’ton, Cancer Research, Brain Tumour, Parkinson’s Disease, Diabetes Research, Orissa Relief, Leukemia, Load Mayors charity, Lions club, Rotary club and many more.
